    • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

    • Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

    • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

Refund Process

    • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

    • If the item is damaged, used, or not in original condition, we may deny the refund.

Exchanges

We make exchanges simple and hassle-free—whether your item arrived defective or you simply changed your mind. Our goal is to ensure you love every purchase from Nexbag.

To request an exchange, just email us at help@nexbag.shop with your order number, item name, and reason for exchange. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

If the item is defective or damaged, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. For non-defective items, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges depending on the situation.

Please note that all exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Restocking Fee

Nexbag does not charge any restocking fee.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize!
Please contact us at help@nexbag.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
