Ordered the Wrong Item?

You may return the item, but please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We encourage all customers to double-check their order details before placing an order.

Need to Change Your Shipping Address?

If you’ve entered the wrong address or need to make an update, please contact us immediately at help@nexbag.shop before your order is shipped. Our team will do their best to update your address in time.
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address, as the package will already be with our courier partners.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This number allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time, from our warehouse to your delivery location.
You can use the provided tracking link to check estimated delivery dates and current package status anytime.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It’s important to double-check your shipping address during checkout. Any incomplete or incorrect details can lead to delivery delays or return-to-sender situations.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before submitting.

Order Cancellation

If you’ve changed your mind or need to cancel an order, you may do so only before the order has been shipped.
Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can still proceed through our Return & Refund Policy once you receive the item.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery so it’s automatically returned to us.
If you have already accepted the damaged package, please contact us at help@nexbag.shop with clear photos of the damage. Our support team will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.

No Unexpected Fees

All listed prices for our products and shipping include applicable sales tax. You will not be charged any additional fees at checkout.
